1. Joining the Clan Leaders Usergroup

Request to join the Clan Leaders usergroup in Group Memberships here. Your request will only be approved if your Entry Year on your profile is 2020 or earlier.

2. Creating a Thread for Your Clan

After you've been accepted into the Clan Leaders usergroup, you will be able to make a clan thread in this section. If your clan is a Mixed Tracks clan, you can just make a thread there. If your clan is Regular Tracks-only or Custom Tracks-only, use the respective subforum to make your thread in (see: Track Type* at the bottom of Step 3 for more information).

3. Registering Your Clan

Fill out the Clan Registration form.
  • Your Email
  • Leader Name(s)
  • Clan Name
  • Clan Tag (keep this thread in mind when choosing this!)
  • Track Type*
  • Timezone (in UTC)

*Track Type refers to whether your clan will play wars on the 32 Nintendo tracks in the vanilla game (Regular Tracks), the 218 tracks in CTGP Revolution or tracks in other modding distributions (Custom Tracks), or both (Mixed Tracks).

Wait for the registry to populate with your entry, and then move to the next step:

4. Registering Your Members

Have each member fill out the Member Registration form.

Section 1
  • Your Email

Section 2 - Member Information
  • Name
  • Flag Code
  • Mii*
  • War FC
  • XView Screenshot**
  • Clan Member or Free Agent?***

Section 3 - Main Clan 1 Information
  • Clan Name
  • Clan Tag
  • Tracks (your only option will be Regular Tracks for this section)
  • Timezone (in UTC)

Section 4 - Main Clan 2 Information
  • Clan Name
  • Clan Tag
  • Tracks (Mixed or Custom; if you choose Mixed, the form will end)
  • Timezone (in UTC)

Section 5 - Main Clan 3 Information
  • Clan Name
  • Clan Tag
  • Tracks (your only option will be Regular Tracks for this section)
  • Timezone (in UTC--must be 3 or more hours apart from Main Clan 1)

*You can get a good screenshot of your Mii from here. Make sure to include the Mii name in the picture and have it be the dimensions 330x330.

**XView is a page in the Wiimmfi portal that shows all the friend codes you've used in the last 183 days. You must have an account on The Wii Homebrew Forums to log into the Wiimmfi portal. Currently, this information is not required but will be required once the league is announced.

***Clan Member or Free Agent just refers to whether this registration is for yourself to be in the registry or if you are registering to a clan.]]> This is for Main Clans only!!
